Neil Isler began his financial career in 2000 and joined Stifel in 2007 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co., where he had already distinguished himself as a trusted advisor. Prior to entering the investment world, Neil worked in risk management as a Liability Claims Administrator with Elco Assurances, Inc., an experience that laid the foundation for his risk-aware, protection-first approach to wealth planning.
